Exciting week for all

 So Allie got her very own swimming pool in the backyard this week.

Story behind this is Allie was no more then 2 days old and Mike was at his favorite store Menards and ran across a deal he couldn't pass up. 

Needless to say it has taken 4 years for me to say yes to setting it up.

Someone is SUPER excited about the pool.

 Way too cold for mom to get in.

Later in the week we all made our way to the ultra sound appointment.

Of course Allie had to dress up for this event.

There's our peanut.

Everything is growing good all the measurements are right on track.

The gal doing the ultra sound asked if we wanted to know gender and of course we said yes if we could.

She told us we will be having a boy as you can see from the picture.

A memory I hope to never forget was Allie's reaction after hearing the nurse tell us.

She crossed her arms and looked right at Mike and said

 "you won dad"!

Even if Allie tells you it's a girl she's still trying to wrap her mind around being wrong.

So come the end of November we will be welcoming a boy to the Cook household.

Look at the arm on this kid pretty sure he's doing some major workouts in there.
