We all scream for....

Today was one of those successful day's when it come's to the whole potty thing.

One day you think they are never going to get it the next day they prove you wrong.

So of course I reward.

Did someone say ice cream??

Allie couldn't be more thrilled.

And what is ice cream without a show?

That's what those little eyes are froze on.

Band in a bucket

We so do not lack entertainment at this house.

If you get a chance to get yourself a band in a bucket I would highly recommend it.

Fun for all ages!

Pretty sure this is Allie trying to shake her butt and dance at the same time.

Please note that this is our third pair of underpants for the day, so needless to say I gave up on pants, shorts or all the above.

For some reason I tend to get excited when I see my birthday pretty much anywhere.

Even if my view on birthday's changed after I had Allie.

My thinking now is we should be celebrating the mom's on this day cause she was the one that did all the work.

All we did was arrive.

Annual sweet corn get together

Right as were pulling out of the garage this morning we discover the cat found her way outside.

Oops!

Shucking some corn.

I leave her with family for two minutes and look what they do to her!?

Now that the work is done it's time to enjoy one another. 

From one generation to another.

Days like today make me feel like the richest person on earth.

New shoes & a backpack

Today was a big day in this house.

Allie got her new shoes and backpack for school today.

Quite a big deal to a 3 year old that doesn't understand the concept of time.

I heard a lot of  "I go now Mom?"

Sporting the new kickers!

One proud little girl she is.

Well now that all the stuff is in place I guess I'm going to have to let her go.

"nothing happened"

 I like to think of myself as the type that will try anything once.

And today I hit a good one.

This drink called Honest Ade.

Taste good + healthy for u = two thumbs up!

Fun filled day

Today Allie and I got a chance to check out some new play ground equipment at a local park.

Good times!

Anything that has to do with talking count us in!

Helping put boots back on after our lunch date.

Broken record

I know I sound like a broken record, but am going to say it again.

I'm still floored how fast we got here.

She's my real life care bear.

U make my heart feel super happy Allie Mae.

Things that make us laugh

So this is the best way ever to blow bubbles.

The birthday gift that keeps on giving.

Even better Allie is really catching on to how to operate it herself.

(Even though Mike is still enjoying playing with it in the picture below.)

 Something about bubbles make everyone laugh. 

Grandma and Grandpa came over and had lunch with us.

Allie saying her good bye's and the best had to have been when she says to 

Grandma "now you listen to Grandpa"

We all got a good chuckle out of this...

A day of discoveries and visitors

The garden investigators discover a problem.

Bad deal!

Not sure what happened yet.

Other things are still doing pretty good, so can't complain.

Later that same day we had visitors for lunch.
