Pretty sure we are the only people that call plants babies, but who cares. I thought that might help Allie understand the importance of being careful around them. The helper in her loves to give the garden babies drinks with the spray bottle.
We had to move fast when we spotted a SCARY fly as Allie would call it buzzing around us on the deck. To most it would simply be called a wasp. We ended up trapping it in the sliding glass window to show Allie the difference from scary flies and not so scary flies. She of course talked about it all night long.
