Enjoying Life

Were in the stage where I hear alot of
"I can do it myself mom"
So this is an example of doing it herself.
This girl isn't afraid to hold or touch bugs.
"I got this"
Our strawberries are working out in the pots.
Everyday when we go out in the morning I hear.
"I see one  ready mom"
Which means of course I want to eat it.
They rarely make it back in the house.
 Growth on the pea's.
I think they like the fence.
So most don't talk about failing, but I have found it's easier to talk about whatever it is if you can figure out a way to succeed after failing.
That's what happened with my minimato plant.
I killed the one I bought over the winter and as you can see it died with a bunch of fruit still on it, so I took the seeds from them and turned it completly around.
That's what you call making a bad situation a good one.
Everyone is all wrapped up with home security.
What about garden security?

Cabin Trip 2011

We all made it to the cabin!
We were giving dad his fishing rod for fathers day.
This is how Allie play's cards.
Mike and Dad figuring out where they're going to hit up the fish first.
                 Checking out the wildlife.
Going fishing!
Allie's first fish of the trip of course she has to show off her catch to the other boat.
Everyone knows if you catch fish you must clean them.
This little girl has no problem touching these things.
Someone is excited about cleaning fish!
       The whole crew in action.
                                                                     Vegging out!
Anyone that has been around Allie knows she has to be in the middle of everything going on especially in the kitchen.
Allie and Mike enjoying the morning air.
Hey Allie pull my finger....
Maybe the fresh air isn't so fresh anymore.
My Grandma White's sister and brother.
We had a chance to pop in for a visit.
On our way to go bird watching.
  Bald Eagles!
I could have sat and watched these birds all day.
Allie in her new tinkerbell bed.
Group shot in front of the largest loon in Minnesota.
Allie busy playing at the park by the beach.
If we can't swim in the water then how about the sand..
Water was alittle cold even for Allie.
If you have enough fishing poles your bound to catch some fish.
View from above and below.
What being carefree looks like.
Yes this is a stocking hat in June.
Going to load up the boats after a week of fun in them.
Everyone loves camp fires!!
