Beings tomorrow is our Grandpa Greeley's birthday we thought it would be fun to make a cake.
At this age it seems to be if I let Allie think it's her idea she is way more into it.
So I let her think it was her idea.
Anyone that's been around Allie in the kitchen knows you can't be doing anything without hearing the words
"Let me help too"
and of course followed with
"please"
I wish I could say without a reminder
She does pretty good.
I'm sure she is saying " I got this mom u stay over there"

I'm not sure how good this really tasted beings we forgot to add sugar to this cake.
I will say cooking with a 3 year old is not the easiest thing I've ever done.
And then informing her it didn't turn out was devastating until I told her this simply means we get to do it all over again.
That made it all better until she heard the word later not now.
Oh my!
Then we had melt down all over again.
Every age has it's hurdles.
